Bend Memorial Clinic came to us wanting a different approach and a fresh perspective. To begin, we first conducted a "person on the street" video to capture the public's awareness of the clinic and thoughts about healthcare advertising in general. Based on the video and workshop findings, it was clear the clinic needed a more compelling message that spoke to a wider demographic. We then started rebuilding the brand step-by-step, department-by-department, to create a brand that spoke with a more honest and emotionally appealing voice and that cultivated an authentic platform based on trustworthiness and expertise.
